A step up in pace for Bruno in this clip. He has to wear a rope harness for his flogging, we see why at the end.

 The cane has him squirming around from the start and the restraint is just tight enough to stop him from moving too much as it's around his junk as well. 

 Bruno has progressed well through his sessions, but this is a bit more challenging for him. 

The final shot to the junk is enough to finish him off this time.
